I can’t imagine a worse experience. Employees started arguing with each other about the tips in front of the customers meanwhile no orders were being made. Employee went to the back crying while her coworker made fun of her to the customers. A customer paid the only employee that was working (in between crying) just so she would make our orders. I had never seen anything like it. I am absolutely appauled!

I haven't been to Starbucks in a long time and now I remember why!! The wait is too long for them to get a simple order right! A toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese....and it came untoasted with 3 little cold hard butter pats and no cream cheese. Needless to say I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go back. Not to mention, they charged almost $5 for an orange juice!!! So disappointing, never again!

Concourse A Cashier could care less if she worked or not. Slow, rude and argued with her other staff. Line was 30 deep and there was no effort to open other lanes to help the issue. Come on airport food service, Get it together.

I love Starbucks, but I am DONE with airport locations! Flying through Denver, staff was stretched so thin NOTHING I ordered was correct, and this morning at the Indianapolis Airport at 3:13 local time, I was treated so rudely that it is unforgivable! Starbucks, take some advise from someone who visits stores throughout the US regularly, do a secret shopper visit to your airport locations, bet you will clean house! Indianapolis worker was sitting at a table on her phone and after standing there waiting for at least 3 minutes, she got up and said she was in her break!!! Are you kidding me!?!? Worst customer service EVER!

The store in the food court outside security was the worst I've seen. Two workers but one was on her phone the whole time I was in line, leaving the second worker to work the register and make drinks - very slowly. I asked the one who was texting if she could take my order and she said that her register wasn't open - then she went back to being absorbed in her phone. I walked away at that point, as did a bunch of us waiting in line.
